YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager of the company, you will have administrative responsibility for a client portfolio in South Korea.
In general, you develop and increase the Fragrance Sales in Korea for large and medium local BtoB prospects.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-potential targets (brands, manufacturers, and end-users) in line with defined market priorities.
- Act as the commercial interface between newly developed prospects and Argeville's local distributor, ensuring a structured and efficient go-to-market approach.
- Build direct client engagement by adapting to local business culture, practices, and decision-making processes to ensure credibility and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain strong field discipline through frequent client visits, structured follow-ups, and continuous pipeline management.
- Manage and coordinate fragrance briefs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Argeville's strategy, technical capabilities, and pricing/margin objectives.
- Mobilize internal resources (Evaluation, R&D, Sampling, Marketing) to deliver high-quality and responsive client support.
- Coordinate closely with Argeville's local distributor to ensure seamless execution of commercial operations (importation, inventory management, invoicing, and after-sales service), ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar or related industry
- Master (or Bachelor) degree any specialties.
- Able to be located / relocated in Bangkok
- Native Korean speaker
- Fluent in English
- Computer skills
- Has a direct connection with key Korean prospects / clients
- Is involved directly or indirectly into FMCG with olfactive product category.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
