Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving regional sales targets and driving revenue growth for a portfolio of esteemed brands.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance brand visibility, distribution, and market share within the premium or high-end consumer goods segment.
- Ensuring effective promotion, merchandising, and activation strategies are executed.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales and promotional effectiveness, aligning with regional and global brand strategies.
We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG, premium and or high-end consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proven expertise in strategic account management, business development, and market analysis.
- Leads strategically, analytically, and communicates effectively to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in both Thai and English languages is essential.
- Willingness to be based in the Southern Region.
