Become an expert on our cloud product and services.
Manage and mentor Cloud Sales/Presales team to follow process and achieve quarterly sales goals.
Coach team on how to contact inbound leads (provided by the company) and outbound leads tactfully.
Develop team members to be able to both work independently and as part of a unified team.
Close sales on behalf of Cloud Solution Sales when necessary such as for high profile/bidding cases.
Maintain and establish good business relationships with potential clients/business partners/system integrators.
Propose new solutions based on customers needs in collaboration with presales and Infrastructure team.
Attend client online/offline meetings, make compelling presentations and follow-up on feedback.
Efficiently use internal Odoo system to monitor team for required leads/pipeline/activities for tracking and closing sale orders. Initiate new work flow approaches if needed.
Participate in decision making such as commissions structure, business development plan, etc.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, including day-to-day problem solving.
* Office-based role with on-site customer visits as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in MBA, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
For Manager-level applicants, at least 5 years of experience in technology-related business development, sales, engineering or consulting is required.
Experience in cloud technologies, network/system or data center highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales targets.
Good interpersonal, self-management, professional/effective communication, and make-it-happen attitude.
Both a highly motivated independent self-starter and a supportive team player/leader.
Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Team Leadership, and Sales Target Achievement
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
