Job Description

A fast-growing logistics & supply chain solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager to lead end-to-end logistics solution sales (WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT), manage key project-based clients, and oversee a sales team of 45 people to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales for integrated logistics solutions (WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT).
  • Build and grow new customer pipelines across logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  • Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that improve operations and reduce cost.
  • Manage full sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, contracting, and project handover.
  • Collaborate with Operations/IT/Engineering teams on project execution.
  • Track performance, analyze costprofit, and present insights to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in project sales or project management (logistics background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics: warehouse, transport, inbound/outbound, supply chain.
  • Experience in solution selling & proposal development.
  • Good English communication and strong MS Office skills.
  • Result-driven, resilient, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
