A fast-growing logistics & supply chain solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager to lead end-to-end logistics solution sales (WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT), manage key project-based clients, and oversee a sales team of 45 people to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales for integrated logistics solutions (WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT).
- Build and grow new customer pipelines across logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that improve operations and reduce cost.
- Manage full sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, contracting, and project handover.
- Collaborate with Operations/IT/Engineering teams on project execution.
- Track performance, analyze costprofit, and present insights to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- 5+ years in project sales or project management (logistics background preferred).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics: warehouse, transport, inbound/outbound, supply chain.
- Experience in solution selling & proposal development.
- Good English communication and strong MS Office skills.
- Result-driven, resilient, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel as needed.
