Our Technology Team plays a crucial role in architecting scalable MarTech and CRM ecosystems that enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote the company's digital products and CRM solutions to customers, clearly explaining product features and benefits.
- Provide technical consultation to customers in order to recommend suitable products and services based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams and internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Visit clients to build strong business relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and projects until successful deal closure.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer information in the company system.
- Present company products and gain new leads from events
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Direct report to CEO or Head of business development team (English Speaker)
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Information System, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge related to the company's products or solutions.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience in Presale Software
- Experience in CRM Solutions i.e. Salesforce, Braze, Zoho, Line CRM,Hubspot and etc.
