Job Title: Sales Manager - Technical Solutions

Department: Business Development

Our Technology Team plays a crucial role in architecting scalable MarTech and CRM ecosystems that enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the company's digital products and CRM solutions to customers, clearly explaining product features and benefits.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers in order to recommend suitable products and services based on their requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Visit clients to build strong business relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and projects until successful deal closure.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer information in the company system.
  • Present company products and gain new leads from events
  • Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Direct report to CEO or Head of business development team (English Speaker)

Job Specifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Information System, Information Technology or a related field.
  2. Experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales is preferred.
  3. Strong technical knowledge related to the company's products or solutions.
  4. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  6. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  7. Experience in Presale Software
  8. Experience in CRM Solutions i.e. Salesforce, Braze, Zoho, Line CRM,Hubspot and etc.
