Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager (Remote) for a newly created role to support business expansion in the Thai market for an international chemical company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales plans and quotas aligned with annual operating plans
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing, product mix, and customer portfolio management
  • Analyze global and regional market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Manage and grow customer portfolios, ensuring healthy payment performance
  • Lead new client acquisition and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Maintain optimal customer mix based on revenue contribution and dependency factors
  • Monitor and coordinate technical service delivery across client accounts
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations for senior management
  • Participate in training programs and contribute to capability development across global teams
  • Support additional sales and strategic projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Thai native with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales within chemical or related industries
  • Strong understanding of industrial chemical markets and customer portfolios
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Experience managing key accounts and customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a new market setup
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate to Business level (B2)
