We are hiring a Sales Manager (Remote) for a newly created role to support business expansion in the Thai market for an international chemical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales plans and quotas aligned with annual operating plans
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing, product mix, and customer portfolio management
- Analyze global and regional market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Manage and grow customer portfolios, ensuring healthy payment performance
- Lead new client acquisition and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Maintain optimal customer mix based on revenue contribution and dependency factors
- Monitor and coordinate technical service delivery across client accounts
- Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations for senior management
- Participate in training programs and contribute to capability development across global teams
- Support additional sales and strategic projects as assigned
Requirements
- Thai native with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales within chemical or related industries
- Strong understanding of industrial chemical markets and customer portfolios
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Experience managing key accounts and customer relationships
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a new market setup
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate to Business level (B2)
