Roles Summary / Purpose:
Manage and develop relationships with key retailers and distributor partners across Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Thailand. Oversee distributors sales performance, strengthen retail partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Utilize strong market knowledge and product expertise to drive sustainable sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade retailers, baby specialty stores, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, new channels, and potential distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and retail partners to assess performance, opportunities, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, supply chain) to implement trade programs, campaigns, and in-store promotions effectively.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, pricing structures, and reports to track performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, retail events, and distributor meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Support other assigned projects as needed
JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or key account management within the FMCG industry (experience in skincare, baby care, or personal care preferred).
- Proven experience in managing distributors and modern trade retailers such as Watsons, Boots, Tops, Lotus's, Big C, CJ, Eveandboy, and other key offline channels.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Thailand's retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
