Key Responsibilities
Promotional Content Creation
- Assist in planning and producing marketing materials, including posters, flyers, product brochures, presentations, etc.
- Create short videos (product introductions, customer stories, event highlights) – from shooting to editing and post-production – for social media and the company website.
Video & Multimedia Support
- Write video scripts, shoot footage, edit, add subtitles, and apply motion graphics independently or in a team.
- Manage the company's video asset library and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Marketing Event Support
- Prepare marketing materials for online/offline events (exhibitions, product launches, roadshows) and assist with on-site execution.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional items for events.
Social Media Assistance
- Help operate corporate social media accounts (e.g., WeChat, Douyin/TikTok, LinkedIn) by posting engaging content.
- Track content performance (views, engagement rates) and suggest improvements.
Other Support
- Assist the marketing team in collecting and analyzing competitor promotional materials.
- Complete other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Film Production, Design, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Understanding of photography, composition, and lighting.
- Familiar with content styles of major social platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, LinkedIn, etc.).
Personal Attributes
- Creative, good aesthetic sense, and sensitive to trending topics.
- Responsible and able to deliver high-quality materials on time.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work at least 3–4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
Nice to Have
- Portfolio of video work or experience managing a social media account (please include links or portfolio in your resume).
- Knowledge of the solar/PV or new energy industry.
- Good written and spoken English for bilingual content creation.
