We're looking for a talented Sales Manager Traditional Trade to join our client and drive expansion across distribution channels.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in growing distribution coverage, building strategic sales plans, and ensuring flawless execution across new and existing channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and market share targets
- Drive sales team performance, ensuring strong execution and alignment with business objectives
- Expand distribution coverage and strengthen route-to-market effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key partners
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver commercial success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Traditional Trade sales, preferably in FMCG or Food B2B
- Proven track record in distribution expansion and sales growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
