Role Description
We are looking for someone commercially driven, professional, and genuinely motivated to grow.
Someone who is as comfortable in a luxury hotel as they are in a neighbourhood café. Someone
who finds leads, builds relationships, and closes.
You will work within a defined strategy, with scripts, tools, brand guidelines, and a full commercial
playbook provided from day one. We expect initiative, independent organisation, and the ability to
take ownership of your work and follow through.
This role offers real flexibility. You will manage your own schedule, working from the office, in the
field, and from home, as long as your targets are met and your pipeline is moving.
This is also a genuine learning opportunity. Every month you will be trained on sales techniques,
digital tools, AI platforms, and customer engagement. You will have access to industry events and
professional networks through our memberships at TEBA and the Franco-Thai Chamber of
Commerce. As the company grows across Southeast Asia, so will your role.
Sales and Lead Generation
- Research, identify, and qualify prospects across B2B and B2C segments
- Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person to open new conversations and
- opportunities
- Pitch, follow up, negotiate, and close, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signed
- agreement
- Identify and approach potential partners in the lifestyle and pet care space to expand our
- reach
- Work toward monthly targets, with performance recognised and rewarded.
Marketing and Digital Sales
- Use social media actively as a sales and engagement tool, identifying leads and converting
- conversations into opportunities
- Support the execution of campaigns and activations by coordinating with the team on timing,
- materials, and outreach
- Capture photo and video content at partner visits and events for use across our channels
- Represent MyPawrtal at pop-ups, exhibitions, and industry events
Partner Onboarding and Account Management
- Onboard new partners from signed agreement through to launch, ensuring every partner starts
- well
- Maintain relationships with your partner portfolio, following up and identifying opportunities to
- grow each account
- Conduct outreach and meetings in Thai independently where needed
Working With the Team
- Work within the team's strategy while contributing your own observations and ideas
- Coordinate with the team on materials, assets, and execution
- Share pipeline updates, market intelligence, and opportunities regularly
- A track record in sales, in any sector or context
- Professional in appearance and manner, able to represent the brand with confidence across
- different settings and audiences
- Proactive and self-organised, able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C audiences
- At ease using social media as a sales and engagement tool
- Curious, hungry, and genuinely motivated to learn and develop
- Strong working English, written and spoken
- Fluent in Thai, written and spoken
- Based in Bangkok, with valid working rights in Thailand
- Open to travel as the business grows across the region
WHAT WE CONSIDER A PLUS
- Experience in hospitality or real estate is a strong plus
- Existing contacts in Bangkok's venue, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience running events or activations independently
- Comfortable on camera for short-form video content
- Familiar with CRM or sales pipeline tools
