Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead B2B advertising sales and corporate installations of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs). This role combines consultative selling, client relationship management, and market development, with deal cycles ranging from short-term advertising campaigns to long-term corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Advertising Sales
- Work directly with advertisers to place ads on RVM surfaces (wraps, branding, and digital formats).
- Advise clients on suitable advertising formats, sizes, locations, and campaign durations.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, including ROI calculations and examples of advertising effectiveness on RVMs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
Corporate RVM Installation Sales
- Identify and approach companies interested in installing RVMs in offices as an ESG, HR, and employer-branding solution.
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline through lead generation and cold outreach.
- Present RVM value propositions, including employee convenience, sustainability impact, corporate branding, and alignment with ESG goals and internal KPIs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate installation, servicing, and customization for corporate branding.
Client Management & Partnerships
- Conduct negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee campaign or installation execution.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat sales and upsell opportunities.
- Collect structured client feedback and share insights with product and operations teams to improve offerings.
Analytics, Reporting & CRM
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (clients, deals, activities, and tasks).
- Contribute to the development of new offers, packages, and product improvements based on market and client insights.
Requirements
- Experience in advertising sales (indoor media, outdoor media, or object-based branding).
- Proven experience working with corporate clients (B2B services or ad sales preferred).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and client-facing presentations.
- Solid understanding of out-of-home advertising and branding principles.
