Sales Modern Trade Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Kao Tra Chat key accounts in the modern trade sector, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets by effectively negotiating contracts, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business prospects and recommend innovative solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to the development of sales tools, processes, and training to enhance the team's overall effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and related functions to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and recommendations for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in FMCG focusing in Modern Trade
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Intermediate command of both spoken & written English
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
• Sales strategy driven, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proven track record managing major Key Accounts (e.g., Lotus's, Big C, Makro and other hyper markets)
• Available to visit stores and clients frequently around Bangkok and upcountry (occasionally) and have a driver's license and own car (Based in Fortune Town)
