We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Network Development Manager to drive Ducati's business growth across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in developing sales and marketing strategies, expanding dealer networks, and ensuring brand consistency while achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and after-sales strategies across APAC markets.
- Lead and manage importers, dealers, and country managers to achieve business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee dealer network expansion, ensuring each dealership meets Ducati's CI (Corporate Identity) standards and financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with headquarter and internal departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, etc.) to align regional initiatives with global direction.
- Support and develop sales and marketing training programs for dealer staff across APAC.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, homologation requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree will be an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or after-sales roles, including leadership experience in the APAC region.
- Proven success in managing sales and marketing teams and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of cultural and business practices across diverse APAC markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
