Sales & Network Director to lead commercial growth and retail network development in the region.This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for sales performance, dealer strategy, and market expansion in a high‑growth EV environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilites
- Drive regional sales strategy and execution to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
- Manage end‑to‑end sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and performance tracking across assigned markets
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network, including partner evaluation, appointment, and onboarding
- Lead dealer negotiations, performance management, incentive programs, and contractual agreements
- Deliver consistent retail standards, customer experience excellence, and brand compliance across the network
- Operate as the commercial lead for new market entry initiatives, launches, and regional expansion projects
- Create go‑to‑market strategies aligned with product roadmap, marketing, and after‑sales capabilities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HQ stakeholders
- Build and lead a high‑performing regional sales and network team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
- Report sales performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements
- 10+ years experience in senior commercial, sales, or network leadership roles within automotive, EV, mobility, or premium consumer brands
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building or expanding dealer/distributor networks across multiple markets
- Experience leading regional or multi‑country operations in Asia, ideally within high‑growth or transformation environments
- Strong exposure to market entry, product launches, and go‑to‑market strategy execution
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of dealer economics, pricing, forecasting, and sales KPIs
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and partner relationship skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- Confident in working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Data‑driven decision‑maker with solid analytical and reporting capabilities
- Results‑oriented, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Hands‑on leader who can build, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Culturally agile, adaptable, and effective working across diverse markets
