Job Description

To drive sales growth and market development of food phosphate products in Thailand by managing key customers, supporting channel partners, and executing go-to-market plans across target food application segments. The role ensures customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and achievement of revenue and margin targets.

Key Result Areas

  1. Sales Growth & Market Development- Achieve sales and volume targets for food phosphate products; identify new customers and applications; execute agreed go-to-market plans
  2. Key Account & Customer Management- Build strong relationships with key customers; understand customer needs; provide solutions to improve satisfaction and retention
  3. Channel & Distributor Support- Support distributors with product knowledge, pricing inputs, and market intelligence; monitor performance against targets
  4. Market Intelligence & Lead Generation- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity; generate and qualify leads to maintain a healthy pipeline
  5. Regulatory & Technical Compliance- Coordinate with QA/R&D to ensure products meet food safety and regulatory standards; support customer audits and documentation
  6. Commercial & Financial Discipline- Support pricing, margin improvement, receivables follow-up, and adherence to company policies
