Sales Operation Administrator CMDU (Commercial Multi Dwelling Unit), True Visions

Job Summary

The Sales Operation Administrator is responsible for supporting sales and commercial operations for CMDU customers by preparing quotations and contracts, managing service activations and changes, handling service suspensions and cancellations, and ensuring accurate system updates. This role works closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, contracts, and related commercial documents for CMDU customers.
  • Manage service activations, channel changes (add/remove), upgrades, downgrades, and service cancellations in the system accurately and on time.
  • Handle service suspension and reactivation processes in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance, Billing, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth service implementation and issue resolution.
  • Verify customer information, contract terms, pricing, and promotions before system entry to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer records, contract status, and service details in the CRM systems.
  • Monitor order status, follow up on pending actions, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support sales teams with operational data, reports, and documentation required for CMDU projects.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to contracts, service status, billing coordination, and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or related roles (experience in telecom, pay TV, or subscription-based services is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of quotation, contract management, and service provisioning processes.
  • Experience working with CRM, billing, or service management systems.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex operational cases.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CMDU, B2B, or enterprise customer operations.
  • Knowledge of pay TV, broadband, or digital service products.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and suggest process improvements.
