Manage distributor and retailer agreements throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including creation, renewal, and termination processes.
Handle Purchase Order (PO) management and follow up on CRD (Customer Request Date) management from order placement through to full delivery completion.
Manage product samples, display racks, and coordinate the handling of abnormal or aging inventory.
Track sales performance against operational targets and conduct variance analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with related parties to ensure timely collection.
Update, maintain, and regularly monitor customer PSI (Purchase / Sales / Inventory) data for accurate sales and inventory tracking.
Follow up on customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, arrange refund operations based on RMA cases, and coordinate the resolution of abnormal or outstanding RMA issues.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in channel operations or related functions; experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
Good cross-functional communication skills, strong execution ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
Proficient in office software with basic data analysis skills.
Familiar with operational processes and capable of problem-solving.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
