Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Operations & Business Development Executive to support sales strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with the Sales Director to drive data-driven decisions and support business growth in the Thailand market.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Data Analysis

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to support data-driven sales decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with clear visualizations and actionable insights.
  • Monitor sales target progress, identify risks and gaps, and propose improvement recommendations.

Business Development Support

  • Support the Sales Director in market trend analysis and sales forecasting to identify potential business growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing sales processes and operational strategies.

Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

  • Handle Chinese Thai bilingual document translation to ensure accurate and effective communication.
  • Coordinate collaboration between Sales and other departments (Marketing, Academic Affairs, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Organize sales meetings and team activities; prepare meeting materials and summaries

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business development, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in sales-driven organizations preferred; experience or strong interest in the online education industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); both languages used as working languages.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is preferred.
