Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end order processing, including order confirmation, warehouse coordination, shipment tracking and delivery.

-Monitor inventory and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Coordinate with customers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams.

-Resolve order, delivery and inventory issues and follow through to closure.

-Maintain sales and operational reports using Excel.

Qualifications

-2–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management or supply chain coordination within FMCG, beauty or retail.

-Experience working with modern trade accounts such as Watsons, Boots, Lotus's or Big C is preferred.

-Proficient in Excel with strong data organization skills.

-Able to communicate effectively in English in daily work.

-Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

-Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
