The Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join our Commercial Team at our Bangkok office. Reporting to the VP, Commercial, you will support the entire sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Conduct outreach campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. Track leads in CRM from initial contact to deal closure. Support sales meetings and client presentations.

  • Research & Materials: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and prospect profiles. Maintain current sales collateral and documentation

  • Administrative Support: Schedule sales meetings and coordinate calendars. Prepare meeting materials and follow-up summaries. Support sales events and client onboarding activities. Assist with payment processing and client paperwork.

Qualifications and skills:
  • 13 years of experience in e-commerce, SaaS or B2B sales environments
  • Native-level Thai language proficiency required
  • Strong English proficiency (Ielts 7.0 or equivalent); experience working in English-speaking settings is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with solid communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new tools and technologies
  • Proactive, curious, and ready to get involved across different areas of the business
