Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to plan and define sales operation strategies, ensuring alignment across all branches to support overall business objectives.
Performance Management: Manage, control, and monitor operations KPIs, including service quality, store standards, and other operational excellence metrics.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and streamline operational processes to reduce lead times, enhance accuracy, and scale effectively to support branch expansion.
Workforce Management & Development: Manage workforce planning, including talent capability assessments, mentoring Area Managers, and building a pipeline for future leaders.
Executive Consultation: Provide high-level consultation and resolve critical administrative and operational issues, such as KPI shortfalls, service standard gaps, and urgent crises.
Decision Making & Approvals: Review and approve key operational activities, including branch openings/closings and cross-departmental coordination, while making preliminary decisions impacting financial performance.
Expansion & P&L Analysis: Analyze and develop branch expansion plans, including P&L budget analysis for branch openings and closures.
Executive Liaison: Coordinate with top-level management to drive projects forward and resolve significant issues affecting specific areas or territories.
Analytical Reporting: Prepare analytical reports for senior management, providing strategic recommendations and systematic solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, which Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Retail Operations.
At least 3–5 years of proven experience managing teams at the Manager or Area Manager level.
A proven track record in system development, process improvement (e.g., Lean, Kaizen), or managing large-scale branch networks will be an advantage.
Experience in site selection (location sourcing) and branch expansion, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements.
Deep understanding of Retail Operations, store management, and location sourcing. Proficiency in P&L management, KPI data analysis, and generating in-depth strategic reports.
