Role Overview

The Sales & Partnership Lead will drive growth in Thailand through strategic partnerships with brokers, banks, and financial institutions. This role is responsible for building senior-level relationships, developing partner channels, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership sales strategy for Thailand
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, banks, and key partners
  • Drive new business and revenue through partner channels
  • Work closely with internal underwriting and risk teams to deliver client solutions
  • Represent the company in senior client and industry engagements
  • Provide market insights and partnership performance reporting

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Background in financial services, insurance, banking, or B2B solutions
  • Proven experience managing strategic partners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English
