Responsibilities:
The following are main tasks and responsibilities, but not limited:
Sales Planning
- development of the annual sales plans with the appropriate detail by model and channel
- Assist Head of Sales with the development and implementation of retail and incentive programs within required timeframes to achieve targets
- Program development and costing
- Program approval
- Program communication with dealers
- Program accrual and payment
- Other program requirements
Market Study & Analysis
- Development, implementation and maintenance of timely and accurate sales reporting systems
- Stock and Sales reports
- Dealer performance
- Industry sales results and trends
- Other reports
Management of Incentive System
- Coordinate development and maintenance of the Incentive Management System to manage incentive costs and payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Planning field (Automotive background is preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in a time-demanding environment
- Ability to deal with complex business and accounting issues
