Job Description

Responsibilities:

The following are main tasks and responsibilities, but not limited:

Sales Planning

  • development of the annual sales plans with the appropriate detail by model and channel
  • Assist Head of Sales with the development and implementation of retail and incentive programs within required timeframes to achieve targets
  • Program development and costing
  • Program approval
  • Program communication with dealers
  • Program accrual and payment
  • Other program requirements

Market Study & Analysis

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of timely and accurate sales reporting systems
  • Stock and Sales reports
  • Dealer performance
  • Industry sales results and trends
  • Other reports

Management of Incentive System

  • Coordinate development and maintenance of the Incentive Management System to manage incentive costs and payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Planning field (Automotive background is preferred)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and in a time-demanding environment
  • Ability to deal with complex business and accounting issues
