Position Overview
- The Sales Planning and Network Director will be responsible for defining the commercial roadmap of the EV brand. This includes long-term sales forecasting, inventory management, and the strategic expansion of the dealer and charging network. You will lead the transition from traditional automotive retail to a modern, tech-integrated customer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Planning
- Volume & Demand Forecasting: Develop annual and quarterly sales targets based on market trends, competitor activity, and EV adoption rates.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels of vehicles and parts, specifically managing the unique lead times of EV components.
- Pricing & Incentive Strategy: Design competitive pricing models and government subsidy integration (e.g., EV 3.5 schemes) to maximize market share.
2. Network Development & Transformation
- Footprint Expansion: Identify high-potential geographic locations for new showrooms, Experience Centers, and service hubs.
- Charging Ecosystem Integration: Lead the strategy for integrating charging infrastructure into the retail network, ensuring a seamless charging lifestyle for customers.
- Dealer Standards & Experience: Define and enforce CI (Corporate Identity) and service standards that reflect a premium, sustainable, and tech-forward brand image.
3. Data Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Monitor EV industry shifts, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Utilize CRM and sales data to optimize the conversion funnel and improve Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1015 years in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Direct experience in the EV sector or Luxury segment is highly preferred.
- Network Savvy: Proven track record in dealer development and managing complex retail networks.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert-level proficiency in sales modeling and financial forecasting.
- Adaptability: A startup mindset with the ability to navigate the fast-paced, evolving regulations of the electric vehicle market.
