Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze direct sales performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports for management.

Design, evaluate, and enhance commission and incentive schemes based on market insights and performance trends.

Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop business insights using advanced Excel tools.

Recommend system, process, and policy improvements to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Partner closely with field leaders to align on operational goals and drive performance results.

Facilitate smooth communication across executives and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

8+ years of experience in sales planning, performance analytics, or direct sales commission design (large-scale sales organizations preferred).

Demonstrated success in building and improving commission and incentive structures.

Advanced Excel capability, including data analysis, reporting automation, and dashboard creation.

Strong English proficiency for business communication.

Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge management and the field.

Strong analytical thinkingable to define problems, interpret trends, and translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in subscription-based businesses (insurance, direct sales, telecom, etc.).

Background in performance and commission planning for sizeable sales forces.

Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and organizational performance improvement.
