Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Promoter Supervisor in Thailand to lead and inspire promoter teams, driving sales growth and market expansion. The person should have strong leadership, customer engagement skills, and the ability to execute effective promotional strategies.

THE ROLE

The Sales Promoter Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting promoter teams to drive sales growth, strengthen customer engagement, and expand retail channels. This role ensures effective execution of promotional strategies, training, and performance monitoring to maintain brand competitiveness in the market.

Your Responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving business growth in Thailand by developing effective strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading sales promoters, and ensuring successful execution of promotional activities. The position oversees and manages a team of sales promoters to ensure market expansion, retailer development, training, and performance monitoring to achieve sales targets, while aligning with the regional strategic goals.

The Sales Promoter Supervisor, Thailand's specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

  • Ensure promoters deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong brand representation.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Responsible for the development and establishment of retailers in prefecture‑level cities, districts, and counties within assigned regions.
  • Monitor and ensure product displays, merchandising, and promotional activities are executed according to brand guidelines.
  • Support team members in handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Conduct regular store visits to check promoters performance and resolve any operational issues.

Accountability #2: Process / Performance

  • Plan and manage work schedules, attendance, and daily assignments for the promoter team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Monitor and ensure product displays, merchandising, and promotional activities are executed according to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits to check promoters performance and resolve any operational issues.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of in‑store Sales Promoters to achieve sales targets and performance standards
  • Provide ongoing coaching and on‑the‑job training to develop product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, attendance, and daily assignments for the promoter team.
  • Maintain a strong brand image through excellent service standards and team discipline.
  • Guide and support promoters in handling customer inquiries, objections, and service recovery situations.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter Supervisor with proven experience in sales promotion and retail channel development. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on expertise in leading promoter teams, driving customer engagement, Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to train and motivate teams are essential to ensure sales growth and brand competitiveness.

  • High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or promotional activities minimum 2-3 years
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid business logic with in‑depth knowledge of products, markets, retail operations, merchandising and customer service
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and use computer tools for analysis.
  • Capable of planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing tasks effectively.
  • Recognizes the need for field travel and responds promptly to customer and market demands.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Self‑motivated, optimistic, adaptable, and industrious.
  • Team‑oriented, with the ability to promote and participate in collaborative business activities.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel to store locations.
