Job Purpose:
As the company representative handles fulfilling existing accounts, obtaining new ones, and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of their customers throughout all purchase levels. While managers handle creating plans and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with customer and responsible for generating new leads.
- Visiting client to present the product.
- Analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Meeting Sales goals.
- Operation Forecast - Increase inventory turnover ratio and reduction of inactive inventory
- Sales report - Weekly, monthly and yearly report for pipeline management
- Coordinate with internal relate department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- 3 - 4 years in the textile/garment or retail industry preferred.
- Have experiences in selling project furniture, design material, laminate, carpet etc. (have good connection with design firm, residence, developer is preferable).
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good in Communication, Negotiation and Problem-solving Skill.
- Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills
- Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Sense of design.
- Be able to travel to meet the clients.
