Job Description
The Successful Applicant

  • Territory & Account Development
  • Build and execute a territory business plan to achieve growth targets, in alignment with the NSM's direction and the affiliate launch priorities.
  • Identify, prioritise and develop key accounts (hospitals/clinics) and stakeholder maps (clinicians, nurses, procurement).
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Drive product listing/enlisting and accelerate post-listing usage through structured follow-up and support plans.
  • Customer Engagement & Clinical Promotion
  • Maintain strong clinical knowledge in the relevant pathologies areas, staying current on evolving practices, treatments, clinical evidence, and scientific publications.
  • Educate and influence HCPs (consultants, nurses) through clear product and pathologies education - delivering training on appropriate usage/application of Urgo products to support adoption.
  • Drive field execution in the assigned territory by conducting daily customer visits and regular group sessions with targeted accounts, to build engagement and accelerate product listing and usage at the required call frequency.
  • Support local presence at events/congresses to build awareness and credibility in the Thai wound care community.
  • Launch & Market Building
  • Contribute to the affiliate ramp-up by building early momentum: target segmentation, prospecting, account opening, first evaluations, early wins, and fast feedback loops.
  • Provide structured field feedback (customer needs, objections, competitor moves, tender insights) to help refine go-to-market in a competitive environment.
  • Performance, Reporting & Ways of Working
  • Deliver agreed KPIs (sales, call activity, listing/enlisting milestones, key account progress) and maintain strong CRM discipline.
  • Provide regular reporting (call reports, monthly analysis, pipeline & account plans) and participate in reviews with the NSM.
  • Operate with high standards of ethics/compliance and follow company SOP's at all times.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with NSM/GM/Marketing to ensure coherent execution and a strong launch trajectory.
  • Works collaboratively with the wider sales team, sharing best practices and providing support to peers when needed.

Knowledge, Skill and ability:

  • Strong sales drive, disciplined territory management, and account planning.
  • Entrepreneurial and challenger mindset capable of proposing and taking initiatives,
  • Ability to communicate clinical value, run education sessions, and build trust with HCPs.
  • Analytical mindset: competitive insights, opportunity spotting, structured feedback.
  • Organised, accountable, team player, resilient and agile learner.
  • Having a good command of English is a plus.

Background & Experience

  • At least 3+ years of proven track record and experience in the Wound care industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding targets; experience with hospital systems and procurement processes.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within territory.
