Role Overview
This is a channel-first sales role, not purely in-person retail selling.
You will focus on:
- Expanding dealer and ATP networks
- Supporting local workshops and field demos
- Driving regional channel penetration
This role requires strong mobility, hustle, and the ability to operate across cities.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development
- Identify, approach, and onboard mobility dealers, distributors, and ATP partners
- Support dealership negotiations, onboarding, and early-stage relationship building
- Build and maintain a prioritized dealer pipeline
Workshop & Field Execution
- Support and co-host local workshops across cities
- Conduct product demos for dealers, partners, and end users
- Convert workshop leads into dealer opportunities or direct orders
Sales Support & Conversion
- Assist in closing early-stage deals (both channel and selective direct sales)
- Manage leads from inquiry to conversion when needed
- Collaborate with consultants and ambassadors on local conversion
Market Expansion
- Travel across regions to open new markets
- Provide on-ground insights into dealer quality, customer behavior, and competition

Important Structural Note (from your strategy)
- Individual direct sales will gradually be supplemented by:
- Strutt Mobility Consultants (SMC) (non-employee OT / specialists)
- This role should not evolve into pure retail sales, but stay focused on channel + field growth
