Job description:

1. Responsible for customer development and maintenance in the overseas medical device market, formulate regional sales plans, and achieve individual and team sales targets;

2. Connect with the needs of overseas customers, provide product solution consulting, promote contract negotiation, signing and order follow-up, and ensure timely payment collection;

3. Participate in promotion activities such as overseas medical device exhibitions and industry conferences, build customer resource networks, and collect market and competitor information;

4. Coordinate with domestic R&D, production and logistics teams to solve customers problems in product use and after-sales maintenance, and improve customer satisfaction;

5. Complete the statistics of sales data, report writing and update of customer files, and regularly report work progress to the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in International Trade, Marketing, English, and Medical Device-related fields;
• English proficiency should equivalent business English ability , be proficient in using English for written communication (email, contract writing) and oral communication (customer connection, online/offline meetings);
• be able to adapt to short-term overseas business trips (such as participating in exhibitions, visiting key customers)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
