Job Responsibilities
1. Manage Sales In/Out performance of assigned retail stores to achieve sales targets.
2. Collect market information, including pricing, stock levels, and competitor data of Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals products, such as waterproofing materials, joint sealants, and crack repair solutions for leak prevention.
3. Expand Outlet Coverage and increase Pocket Share within the assigned sales territory according to company targets.
4. Plan and execute sales promotion activities regularly to drive product sales and enhance brand awareness in the market.
5. Coordinate with contractors, applicators, and dealers to promote products and support project opportunities.
6. Provide basic product information and on-site support to customers, applicators, or contractors when required.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in any field.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, including product presentation, sales closing, and after-sales service follow-up.
3. Positive attitude, highly motivated, and willing to learn new products and market knowledge.
4. Able to work under pressure and effectively solve immediate problems.
5. Possess a valid drivers license and able to travel upcountry or work in other provinces.
