About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role will drive growth in our dental implant business by developing strong, long-term partnerships with dentists, specialists, DSOs, and dental institutions.

You will serve as a trusted clinical and business partner, supporting customers throughout their implant journey and helping them achieve both practice growth and positive patient outcomes. Through a consultative approach, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, deliver product education, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to build credibility, deepen customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth will be key to your success in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, and general practitioners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote dental implant systems, prosthetic solutions, regenerative products, and digital workflows.
  • Conduct product presentations, educational meetings, and business discussions with customers.
  • Assist clinicians during implant surgeries and restorative cases when required.
  • Provide chair side product support and coordinate with clinical specialists to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Support hands-on courses, workshops, exhibitions, and educational events.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential stakeholders to drive adoption and market expansion.
  • Stay current on Nobel Biocare products, implant technologies, clinical evidence, market trends, and competitive activities to effectively support customers and channel partners.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and driving collaboration across the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Backgrounds in Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Dentistry, Marketing, or Business are preferred.
  • Experience in dental, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior dental industry experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
