Sales Representative

What you&aposll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
• Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we&aposre looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

What we offer

• Base Salary:THB 35,000 per month / Annual Sale Target THB 15,000,000
• Fuel Allowance:THB 6,000 per month
• Mobile Phone and Allowance:Company will provide a mobile phone and a monthly phone allowance
• Commission:From 1.5% to 3% based on achieved sales performance
• Incentive:Additional incentive will be granted when sales exceed the annual target
• Probation Period:2-4 months
• Performance Review:Upon successful completion of the probation period, an adjustment of base salary may be considered based on performance.
