Sales Representative

Paathz is an AI-native hospitality workforce platform connecting pre-vetted professionals with hotels and restaurants across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We believe hospitality has a visibility problem, not a labour shortage. Our mission is to become the definitive cross-border talent corridor for the global hospitality industry.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Intern to support our expansion in the Thailand market. The role focuses on lead generation, customer outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline while working closely with the founding team.

• Identify and research potential customers across Thailand.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
• Support sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Share market insights and competitor intelligence with the team.
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Thai language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  

• Project experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales outreach tools is a plus.
• Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, Hospitality Tech, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Thai business landscape is preferred.
