What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will be the key contact for our hotel and hospitality customers in the Samui area. You'll ensure Diversey's hygiene solutions are implemented effectively, deliver excellent customer service, and help our clients achieve world-class hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Service and manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new business opportunities by planning and organizing daily sales activities across assigned territories and customer segments.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing and potential customers through product and application recommendations, while continuously focusing on sales target achievement.
  • Adjust sales presentations and strategies based on customer needs, business types, and market opportunities.
  • Submit orders and maintain accurate sales and customer records using price lists, product literature, and territory sales data.
  • Keep management informed through regular activity and performance reports, including daily call reports, work plans, and territory analyses.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques, and recommend improvements to products, services, and policies accordingly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and coordinating recommendations with management.
  • Liaise closely with Technicians and Corporate Account Managers to ensure effective service and account management support for customers.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, building professional networks, and participating in industry-related activities.
  • Contribute to overall team success by supporting related tasks and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within hotels, hospitality operations, or related sectors such as retail, FMCG, or hygiene/cleaning solutions.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of cleaning and hygiene products; knowledge of food safety is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in the field.
  • Confident in delivering product demos and on-site training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Samui and nearby areas.
  • High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility toward customer success.
