The Sales Representative is responsible for growing Eslitec's revenue in Thailand by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing B2B deals for our chatbot and conversational-AI solutions (MantaGO). You will engage decision-makers, understand business needs, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding processand successful delivery.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization
This role sits within the commercial/sales team and works closely with marketing, product, and delivery/implementation teams. You will be a key driver of Thailand expansion, bringing customer insights from the market while directly contributing to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and progressing leads from outreach, referrals, events, and networking.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows, pain points, and decision criteria, and to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Present and demonstrate solutions (e.g., chatbot flows, CX automation, FAQ/lead capture) tailored to each customer's needs and industry.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover to implementation.
- Build and maintain client relationships with consistent follow-ups, clear communication, and professional account management.
- Achieve revenue and performance targets with a proactive, structured approach to daily/weekly sales activities.
- Track and report sales progress by maintaining accurate records in Google Workspace/CRM and providing updates on pipeline, forecasts, and risks.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and share feedback to improve messaging, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support pre-launch/operational coordination such as preparing basic documents and assisting with delivery logistics before projects go live.
QualificationsSkills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, including senior management
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (calls/messages) and in-person meetings
Education
- University degree or above
Experience
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience (IT/SaaS preferred)
- Experience generating leads, opening new accounts, and driving sales growth
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a strong advantage
- Experience selling to recognized brands or enterprise customers is a plus
