This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will drive successful project sales for ABB Electrification Smart Power and Smart Buildings portfolio within the assigned segment. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into profitable orders by influencing decision-makers, persuading competitor customers to switch to ABB solutions, and managing the entire sales process from proposal to deal closure. The position requires strong ownership, technical expertise, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to deliver customer satisfaction and business growth.

The work model for the role is: onsite, LI#onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart power and Smart Building in Thailand


You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Sales Execution & Deal Closure
    Own the full sales cycle for qualified leads, prepare competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals. Convert competitor customers by showcasing ABB's value and technical strengths.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, EPCs, and end-users. Act as a trusted advisor and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

  • Ownership & Accountability
    Manage margins, payment terms, and risks. Ensure accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Market & Competitor Awareness
    Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. Share insights for product and marketing improvements. Drive new customer penetration and strengthen existing relationships.

  • Compliance
    Adhere ABB's integrity, ethics, and HSE standards in all activities.


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in M&E Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales or marketing in any industries (preferable within electrical industry)

  • Engineering sales background is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and close deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communication level in English.
