AthenaAI is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to expand our clinic partner network in Bangkok and its surrounding areas. This role is ideal for professionals who already have strong experience working with clinics and diagnostic services, and who want to be part of the fast-growing field of genomics and AI-driven healthcare.

You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with clinics, driving genomic test adoption, and growing AthenaAI's presence in Thailand's precision medicine ecosystem.

Your Mission

Create and grow new clinic clients in Bangkok and its perimeter

Establish long-term partnerships with clinics for genomic testing services

Drive consistent growth in test volume and revenue

Performance Will Be Measured By

Number of new clinic clients onboarded

Number of genomic tests sold

Total revenue generated

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to introduce AthenaAI's services

Build strong, long-term partnerships with clinics for genomic diagnostic testing

Present product value, clinical benefits, and workflow integration clearly to medical professionals

Negotiate partnership terms and close commercial agreements

Support clinic onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of genomic testing services

Maintain and grow existing clinic relationships to increase test volume

Manage and update sales pipelines and performance reports

Qualifications

Minimum 23 years of proven experience in building and managing long-term partnerships with clinics for diagnostic test kits, laboratory services, or medical diagnostics

Strong understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic testing processes, and healthcare sales cycles

Existing network with clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centers in Bangkok and surrounding areas is a strong advantage

Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field

Interest in genomics, precision medicine, or healthcare technology is a plus

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline is required.

Degrees in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or related fields are strongly preferred.

Educational background that demonstrates a solid understanding of medical, laboratory, or diagnostic concepts will be considered a strong advantage.
