About the Role

We're looking for a driven sales professional to join a fast-moving international trading environment focusing on industrial materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, spotting opportunities, and turning market insights into real business growth.

You'll be at the forefront of connecting customers with high-value solutions, while building strong, long-term partnerships in the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with industrial clients across various sectors
  • Explore new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Act as a key point of contact between customers and overseas partners
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities, from initial approach to deal closure and follow-up
  • Stay active in the field, meeting clients and understanding real market needs

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 2-3 years experience in B2B sales within a trading or industrial-related environment
  • Familiarity with chemical or material-based products is highly valued
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Able to think analytically and approach challenges with structure
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own client base
  • Language: Japanese (N3+) and working-level English
  • Able to travel within Bangkok and nearby areas
