Position: Sales Specialist/IVF Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate IVF Consultant to join a growing fertility and reproductive healthcare team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with international clients, building trust, and guiding patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media

• Provide information about fertility treatments, reproductive healthcare programs, and treatment packages

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into consultation bookings

• Build strong relationships with clients through professional, empathetic, and personalized communication

• Coordinate with medical and support teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales activity reports

• Stay updated on services, promotions, and developments in fertility healthcare

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Thai, English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, wellness, medical tourism, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident handling international clients via WhatsApp and phone calls

• Service-minded with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities

• Goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in IVF, fertility, or healthcare industries is an advantage
