Job Description

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, quotations, and closing deals. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. The Sales Specialist will prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide feedback to help refine sales strategies. This position also collaborates closely with internal teams, participates in sales meetings, and supports product training and presentations for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Training or coaching customers or team members on products, services, or processes.
  • Background in Sales Management or coordination, such as pipeline management, forecasting, or reporting, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM software and basic office productivity tools for tracking activities and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangkok City, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and working knowledge of English preferred.
