Customer Service & Engagement:
Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
Handle exchanges and customer complaints.
Sales & Product Knowledge:
Achieve established goals.
Increase in-store sales.
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
Superior product knowledge.
Operations & Inventory Management:
Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Experience:
Retail sales experience is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer software and POS systems.
