Position: Sales Strategic Planning Director

Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Job Purpose
To manage and develop advertising sales strategies and drive New Business initiatives to ensure the organization achieves its total revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define, manage, and develop advertising sales strategies across all channels to align with business goals and the corporate vision.
- Market Insight: Analyze the market, target groups, and consumer behavior to develop sales methodologies that meet client needs and maximize advertising revenue.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with the sales department to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of sales teams to ensure that implemented strategies effectively generate revenue according to targets.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new sales channels for New Business to expand market opportunities and create additional revenue streams.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and strategic opportunities; prepare reports on the impact of sales strategies on total revenue.
- Other Duties: Execute other assignments as designated by supervisors to support the objectives of the position.

Job Specifications (Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising sales management or related industries.
- Strategy & Leadership: Proven ability to develop sales strategies and lead sales teams to hit ambitious targets.
