This position is being recruited by Learn Bridge Recruitment for a fastgrowing Thai EdTech organization that is reshaping how students learn and prepare for their future. We are seeking a strategic sales leader to own sales performance across both online and offline channels and turn ambitious revenue targets into concrete, executable plans.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing the overall sales game plan, translating data into sharp insights, and working closely with frontline teams to keep every part of the funnel healthy and scalable.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute endtoend sales strategies across online and offline channels to deliver aggressive annual revenue targets.
- Build, monitor, and continuously optimize sales funnels, identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical interventions to improve conversion and productivity.
- Own sales performance analytics and forecasting, turning metrics and trends into clear recommendations and scenarios for senior management.
- Initiate and lead new commercial plays, including B2B solutions, school and partner programs, and other revenueexpansion projects.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure sales teams have the right tools, narratives, offers, and campaigns to win in the market.
- Lead and develop a small, focused team, setting clear goals and building a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative / analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Science, Economics)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or commercial management, including at least 35 years in a clearly strategic sales role (e.g. sales strategy, commercial strategy, sales performance).
- Proven track record of owning sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, confident using sales metrics, trends, and forecasts to make decisions and challenge assumptions.
- Experience launching or owning new commercial initiatives such as B2B programs, partner school models, or new sales channels.
- Cando, highownership attitude, comfortable working in a fastpaced, highexpectation environment with direct exposure to senior leaders.
