Key Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells Terumo's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand the customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to long term business partnerships.
- Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize the benefits derived from products & services.
- Promotes and establishes education of products & services.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Coordinate the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and Account Management plans.
- Coordinate, conduct and participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays.
- Provide accurate and timely case information to facilitate efficient planning.
- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, medical technology, medical engineering or similar required / science related academic qualification is a must-have
- At least 3-5 years of medical sales experience from medical devices, diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry
- Work experience in Northeast Area/Territory in Thailand is a must-have
- Good English communication skills: listening, reading, speaking, writing.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
