Responsible for leading a sale team of Cardiac Rhythm Management.
Responsible for the Team Sale Achievement of the assigned direct report CRM sale representatives.
Supervise and coach: CRM Sale representatives to achieve sale goal.
Responsible for Business presentation of assign areas. Can identify new market, opportunities and customer segments.
Contribution in Revenue achievement/cost management/marketing event related/related business plan/stock management/business acumen related to Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
Able to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Able to handle major and high value accounts.
Able to track sales performance, forecast, set KPIs for individual sale representative.
Collaboration with CRM sale manager in other areas, CRM Clinical Manager, and other business-related persons.
Responsible products: Cardiac Rhythm Management Devices and future product to add to CRM & EP portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor in Bachelor's degree in any medical-related field, nursing, medical technology, science or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Supervisor/Assistant Sales Manager roles.
Demonstrated leadership skills, results-driven mindset and excellent communication skill.
Proactive with good interpersonal skills and good problem solving.
Teamwork & cross-collaborate with multiple departments and updates to team members.
Strong written and verbal English proficiency and Computer literature.
