Reporting to the Boutique Manager, we are actively looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Bangkok. He/she will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop every sales opportunity that arises, and offer extraordinary customer service
- Perform daily CRM activities such as collecting prospective client contact details, recruiting new clients and retaining existing
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions
- Perform daily stock take and sales reports
- Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
- Assist customers enquiries, complaints and aftersales
- Manage the integration of new joiners and assist the Boutique Manager to assign responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team and ensure adherence to service standards
- Support and guide teammates in achieving their goals and developing their skills
- Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
- Manage workload of the team through prioritization and organization of work tasks
- Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team
- Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc
Profile:
- At least 4-5 years experience in retail operations with a successful track record gained from jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry
- Sales and resulted-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
- High integrity with good ethics and values
- A team player with a can-do attitude
