Responsibilities:
-Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and sales activities.
-Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
-Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and business negotiations.
-Monitor customer shipment performance and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
-Achieve individual sales, revenue, and shipment volume targets.
-Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
-Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
-Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable logistics services.
Requirements
:-Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience,English can be used for wor
k-Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, express delivery, international transportation, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred
.-Experience in B2C or B2B sales and business development
