Sales Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer sales orders by coordinating with suppliers, negotiating and confirming optimal purchase pricing, and issuing purchase orders to initiate production.
- Prepare and issue delivery instructions to suppliers for each shipment.
- Generate sales invoices and actively follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.
- Manage and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints in coordination with relevant parties.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address discrepancies such as delays, urgent order changes, or unexpected supply issues, escalating critical matters to management when necessary.
- Support the sales/business team with price quotations, sample coordination, and related administrative tasks.
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions, including monthly statements for customers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Background or training in sales operations, product knowledge, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support, business coordination, or related role.
- Good understanding of industry practices and commercial operations.
- Strong knowledge of the company's business processes and product offerings.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard business systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and write Chinese and English effectively.
- Familiarity with Chinese business culture is highly preferred.
