About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Section Manager to assist in driving execution of key account strategies for Tuna Loins and By-products across Export and Domestic markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring commercial excellence, operational collaboration, and end-to-end P&L engagement in line with the AMEA region strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist KAMs in implementing sales strategies, account prioritization, and key negotiations.
- P&L Management: Collaborate with KAMs to manage profitability and performance for key accounts.
- Commercial Excellence: Coordinate daily and weekly delivery schedules.
- Liaise between factory, export team, logistics partners, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Operational Collaboration: Work with demand planning and supply chain teams through S&OP processes for efficient order fulfillment.
- Innovation & Development: Support new product development projects and share market insights with R&D teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B OEM account management with P&L responsibility.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of semi-products, by-products, or related industries (food processing, agriculture, chemicals) preferred.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
